This Privacy Policy describes how Pellux ("we", "our", or "us") handles information through the VisionAI mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience using our suite.

1. Image Processing & AI

VisionAI uses Google's Gemini AI to transform your images. When you submit an image for generation:

• Your photo is sent to Google's Gemini AI for transformation and is not stored on our or Google's servers afterward.
• The generated image is returned to your device and stored only on your phone. We do not have access to your created masterpieces.

2. Data stored in Google Firebase

To provide account-based services and credit management, the following data is tied to your Google account via Firebase:

• Credit balance (credits remaining, total purchased, total used).
• Generation history (timestamp, prompt text you entered, resolution, model used, processing time).
• Purchase records (verified through Google Play).
• Account metadata (creation date, last active date).

3. Anonymous Analytics

We collect non-identifiable usage statistics via Google Firebase Analytics to improve app performance:

• Generation events (model name, prompt length — not the prompt itself).
• Success/failure rates and processing times.
• Purchase events (tier and credit amount).
• Crash reports via Google Firebase Crashlytics to help us fix bugs.

4. Information Sharing & Security

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We implement industry-standard security measures provided by Google Firebase to protect the limited data we do store.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account data (credits and history) as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time through the app settings or by contacting us, which will remove all associated data from our Firebase database.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Terms of Service

By using our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

User Conduct

• You will not submit illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content for processing.
• You will not use generated images to deceive, harass, or harm others.

AI Limitations & Credits

• You understand that AI-generated images are subjective and may not always meet expectations.
• Credits are non-refundable once used for a generation event, regardless of the artistic outcome.
• Generated images are subject to Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy.

Intellectual Property

Pellux does not claim ownership of the images you generate. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any photos you upload for transformation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pellux is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the application.
